1. What material used for CutieLink Wall Decals?
CutieLink wall decals was made by PVC, matte finish and adhesive vinyl.

2. How Long the Wall Stick last? How reliable?
Factory side had guaranteed us at least 4~5 years, but life expectancy is much higher when it comes to indoor use. Wall decals is not recommended for outdoor stick due to it may face many dust , moisture whether and raining whether too. If you need to purchase for outdoor stick and always touch with liquid, please do contact us at first.
Please make sure wall decals stick is applied onto smooth, dry and clean surface. So that it make sure the reliability is OK.

3. Are the Wall decals able to remove?
Yes. The Wall decals is able to remove directly, if you worry direct remove it will left residue on the wall. You may use hair blower to heat up the wall decals so that it can be removable without any residue left.

4. What type of surface can apply for the Wall Decals?
Any flat surface of window, plain metal, wall, wood, bathroom and plastic surface.

5. Are the Wall decals safe for children? Toxic?
Please don't worry, Wall decals adhesive is strong enough for not letting children to remove it.
It's non-toxic material.

6. How to do payment after selecting the products?
Payment method have two types,
a) Online Fund transfer
b) Cash Deposit

Bank account transfer available for Maybank and Public Bank.

7. How long duration delivery after payment?
It depends on which types of delivery courier selected.
We've several types of delivery provided as below,

8. Where is the Wall Decals manufacture?
Hehe.... It's secret. But we do make sure Wall decals is premium quality.

9. Do Wall Decals create damage or left any residue on your walls?
No. It wouldn't. Please do not worry of any residue that will damage to your wall, we had tried up our self for the wall decals sticky. In my experience so far there is no residue left on the wall.

10. Color option for the wall decals?
Color option had stated inside the wall decals details. If you've other color requested, kindly contact us. We try to inquiry to the factory design side whether requested color was manufacture or not.

11. How to apply wall decals efficiently?
Before start to apply the wall decals on your wall, we advices you to follow our Cutielink DIY instruction guide and videos. You may tried up to stick the free sample we provides first, then only apply on your own wall. Tips: Please do it with another partner is better than do it alone.
